Elaine has a strong background in business development and driving sales working for some world-wide brands such as Hilton, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn. Her career has spanned from working with Motherwell Football Club in events and sales, to Remploy, in which she specialised in providing support for people with disabilities.

Elaine brings with her a wealth of knowledge of working in the West coast of Scotland, having gained strong relationships within Welfare to Work and major employers within Glasgow City Centre.
